By creating an account or using radarreport.ai (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you accept on its behalf.
1. The Service
Radar, operated by Crodae Technologies LLC, produces AI-assisted venture due-diligence reports from information you provide and public research.
2. AI-generated content and no investment advice
Reports are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Radar is an assessment of evidence, not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and Radar is not a licensed financial advisor, broker-dealer, or fiduciary. Reports are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your investment and business decisions, and you should verify anything material independently.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Your content and rights
You retain ownership of materials you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit Your Content to our subprocessors solely to provide the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to upload Your Content and that doing so does not infringe any third party's rights or breach any confidentiality obligation.
5. Acceptable use
You will not: (a) upload content you lack the right to use; (b) upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; (c) reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as permitted by your plan; (d) attempt to bypass usage limits, security, or metering; (e) use the Service to violate any law or third-party right; or (f) submit another person's personal data without a lawful basis.
6. Plans, billing, and credits
Paid plans and pay-as-you-go credits are billed via Stripe per the pricing shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You are charged only for reports that are delivered and pass our quality gate; a failed run does not consume a report or credit. Credits and monthly report allowances are subject to the terms shown at purchase, including any expiry and rollover limits. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated at purchase.
7. Cancellation and termination
You may cancel anytime from your account settings or the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
We own the Service, its software, and the Radar methodology. You own the reports we deliver to you for your internal use; you may not resell or redistribute reports except as your plan expressly permits (for example, white-label terms).
9. Confidentiality
We treat Your Content as confidential and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, Stripe and AI and search vendors). We are not responsible for their acts or outages, and their terms may apply to your use.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RADAR'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR LOST-PROFIT DAMAGES, OR FOR INVESTMENT LOSSES OR DECISIONS BASED ON A REPORT.
12. Indemnification
You will indemnify Crodae Technologies LLC against claims arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Dispute resolution — arbitration and class-action waiver
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable Commercial or Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in New York, New York, and governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Radar waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in any class, collective, or representative action. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing info@crodae.com.
14. DMCA and copyright
We respect intellectual property. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our DMCA Designated Agent: DMCA Agent, Crodae Technologies LLC, 213-37 39th St, Suite 332, Bayside, NY 11361-2071, United States; info@crodae.com. We respond to valid notices, may remove infringing content, and terminate repeat infringers. As stated in §4, you must hold the rights to what you upload.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
