1. What Radar Report Does

Radar Report is an AI-powered research tool that generates investment analysis reports on companies. Reports are produced using automated research (web search, public data sources) and AI analysis (large language models). Reports include scores, risk assessments, competitive analysis, and expert perspectives.

2. Not Investment Advice

Reports generated by Radar Report are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, or any recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or investment.

• We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner.
• Report scores and verdicts reflect AI-generated analysis of publicly available information — they are not guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or future performance.
• You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
• Always consult qualified financial and legal professionals before making investment decisions.

3. Accuracy and Limitations

• Reports are generated using publicly available information and AI analysis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information in a report.
• AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or omissions.
• Sources cited in reports are identified by automated research tools and may not always be accessible or current.
• Reports reflect a point-in-time analysis and are not updated automatically.

4. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Do not share account access.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Radar Report.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free tier: 1 report, no credit card required.
• Founding Member ($49/month): Up to 15 reports per month. This price is locked for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing.
• Payments are processed monthly through Stripe.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
• If your Founding Member subscription is cancelled, the locked pricing is forfeited. Resubscribing will be at the then-current price.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Radar Report to produce misleading materials for fundraising or securities fraud.
• Resell, redistribute, or republish reports as your own research without attribution.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the report generation pipeline.
• Use automated tools to generate reports in bulk beyond your plan limits.
• Misrepresent AI-generated reports as human-authored research to investors or regulatory bodies.

7. Intellectual Property

• Your inputs: You retain ownership of any information you provide (company descriptions, notes, context).
• Our reports: Report content is generated by our AI pipeline. You receive a license to use, share, and distribute reports generated under your account for your business purposes.
• Our platform: The Radar Report name, branding, scoring methodology, and pipeline are our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Radar Report is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any investment losses, business decisions, or damages arising from your use of or reliance on our reports.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Radar Report is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as our product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you may cancel your subscription.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to reports and account data will be revoked.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
